In 1989, Mid-West was acquired by its parent company, NCI Building Systems, a division of NCI Group Inc. The transaction further expanded Mid-West’s manufacturing capacity, geographic reach and financial strength.

Over the years, the relationship with NCI has equipped Mid-West to further grow its product and service offerings, establishing Mid-West as a turnkey metal building supplier.
