Project Name: The American State Bank Annex
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Builder: Teinert Commercial Building Services
Special Features: Our 60,000 square-foot Building of the Year for 2005 offers mezzanine floors and remarkable decorative towers. The impressive building is a full block long and half a block deep and is a flagship symbol of the renovation of downtown Lubbock. |

Project Name: Mickey O’Connor Office

Builder: Mickey O’Connor
Special Features: The beautiful office building is not only pleasing to the eye. Its metal building framing system also made it strong enough to avoid any damage from Hurricane Katrina. As Building of the Year for 2004, the facility serves as the office building to one of our excellent Builders, Mickey O’Connor. Mr. O’Connor uses the office building to represent just what metal buildings can be—economical, functional and aesthetically pleasing. |

MONTGOMERY COUNTRY EXPO RECREATIONAL CENTER
Project Name: Montgomery County Expo Center
Location: Montgomery County, Texas
Builder: Montgomery County Fairgrounds
Special Features: The recreational facility is a public entity, and serves as a multi-purpose asset to the county. Built on county fairgrounds, the truly functional metal building is used for monster truck rallies, horse shows, rodeos and tradeshows. |

DYNAMIC INDUSTRIES CRANE BUILDING
Project Name: Dynamic Industries Topside Fabrication Facility
Location: New Iberia, Louisiana
Builder: Steel Building Construction Company
Special Features: The metal crane building facility serves as a construction facility of offshore production decks and related products. The 62,800 square-foot building was designed for four 20-ton cranes in each module. With 50’-foot crane rail extensions from each end of the structure, this metal building proves to be a truly functional asset to the company. |

LAS COLINAS AGRICULTURAL BUILDING
Project Name: Las Colinas
Location: Irving, Texas
Builder: N-D-Pendent
Special Features: This agricultural building serves as a functional and economical shelter for livestock. The windows have been strategically designed and positioned to provide the animals with excellent ventilation in the clear-span structure. A well-designed agricultural building, the Las Colinas facility proves to be a safe haven for livestock to find shelter from the sizzling and dangerous Texas summer heat. |
