The Seanic Ocean Systems building offers solutions for deep-water exploration in Katy, Texas. Lonestar Construction was the project’s builder, Steve Husmann was the project’s architect and Loy Construction served as the erector. The building utilizes both gable symmetrical and single slope framing. Mid-West’s PBR and Ultra-Dek® roof panels were specified components for the project, in addition to Mid-West’s PBR wall panels. Stucco and masonry were used on the office building’s exterior for favorable aesthetics. The building also holds a large test pool similar to those at NASA and a crane with a 20-ton crane load.
